We are happy to exchange, refund or credit any lingerie, less the cost of postage, if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. When purchasing garments online, we request that you try on your garments as soon as you receive them, remembering to wear your own underwear underneath knickers or swimwear to ensure that garments are able to be returned if unsuitable.
If you experience a problem with the fit, please make sure you include a note explaining the problem (eg. cup size or band too big/small) and we will do our best to select the correct size for you with this information for an exchange.
Garments must be returned with your proof of purchase to Lisa’s Lacies 6 Klauer Street, Seaford Vic 3198 within 7 days of receiving them. The goods must be unworn, swing tags still attached and in the same condition they were received. Please include your order number information for ease of identification of your order. Due to Health Regulations, we are not able to exchange briefs, swimwear or hosiery.
What if a product I order is out of stock?
We update our sites’ product availability regularly; however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
What if a product is faulty?
We take great care in our product and packaging, but faults do sometimes occur. In the event that you experience a faulty product, please contact our customer service on 1300-662-160 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund.
