Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange, refund, or credit any lingerie, less the cost
of postage, if item is returned within 7 days of receipt. The item must
not have been worn or damaged and the swing tags must still be attached.
Due to Health Regulations, we are not able to exchange briefs or swimwear.
Problem with an Order?
If something is wrong with an order, we certainly want to help you. Please
read the information below for more information on what to do.
If you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet been shipped,
please contact us as soon as possible so that
we can help you to change your order details.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item is damaged or defective, we recommend that you contact
Lisa's Lacies regarding information on how to return the item. We'll ask
you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return,
and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
There is no cost to you involved in returning a damaged or defective item.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't
order?
We recommend that you contact Lisa's Lacies
regarding information on how to return the items that you didn't order.
We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well
as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did
order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement
sent to you. There is no cost to you in returning an incorrect item to
us.

You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
The delivery times quoted on this website are provided by Australia Post.
Lisa's Lacies take no responsibility for delays in delivery once your
order has been shipped by us. If you have not yet received your order
and think that you should have by now, email
us so that we can investigate for you.
