Common Problems

Is Your Cart Working?

If you are placing items into your cart, but they are not staying in your cart, then your browser may be rejecting "cookies". You'll need to enable "cookies" on your browser to use the shopping cart feature.

Can't Turn Pages?

If you are unable to move from one page to another, your temporary internet files may need to be cleaned out. Below are instructions for PC:

1. In your browser menu at the top, click "Tools" and then "Internet Options".
2. In the next screen displayed to you, click the "Delete Files" button in the middle.
3. At the next screen, tick the "Delete all offline content" checkbox and click OK.
4. Click OK to close the Internet Options box.
